Thank you, only had her a week. Just tidying her up a bit. Ordering Ashley rear box next week & fitted K&N already altho that is not working out at moment.

That's a lovely little Pug Jaine :P And a 1.6 too. Don't listen to those that say the 1.9 is the one to have. The 1.6 is the very best...

Reminds me of my now long and sadly departed one...

They both do!
It's such a shame what happened to yours Jim.

I turned my back on Peugeot when they ditched the 205 and 405, great looking cars, so much fun to drive and the 205 was deceptively huge inside with the seats down!

I would (these days) agree the 1.6 is slightly nicer simply as it tends to be more drivable for say town driving, the 1.9 although a tad quicker ( ! ) seems to be more on / off power.

I seem to recall the transmission final drive (possibly just the diff ratio?) was lower with the 1.9 too, could be wrong and its the 1.6 that's lower.
