Vel Satis anti freeze

Unread post by lexi »

Should I just go to dealer and ask what they sell for my 3.5v6 petrol? Who knows? they might even know?

Want to change out and use the right stuff.

Renault always used to sell their Anti freeze premixed, so,you just poured it in.
Primarily there are two types, red and blue, the red is longer lasting, so,I would go for that. Mix it 50/50 with distiller water if you want to be absolutely OCD :).
As long as you use a top quality brand that you have heard of, it will be fine.
For example I use Toyota Red anti freeze in everything, you can be sure it is as good as anything on the market

Coolant in my Laguna V6 was renewed by Renault just before I bought it and it's bright red so I'd shoot with that advice above! :)
French is best.
