Passages side HID bulb issue

Hi there.

I have a Citroen C5 2002 V6 exclusive with a odd problem, the passages side HID bulb comes on for 3-5 seconds then flickers and goes out.
Does this mean the bulb has gone, or that the ballast has failed?

could try moving the drivers bulb to passenger to see if problem follows the bulb, if still passenger side flickering then not bulb.

I will try that, but just starting to hear a crackling noise now when the lights come on.
The car has just come back from the body repairers, and they had the from bumper off to respray the wing and bumper.
Maybe they disturbed a connection to the ballast?

In that case take it back to the garage that removed the bumper and say light not working since bumper removed.
