What is hardware requirement for XP laptop for Lexia to run?

I've installed it on two separate pretty basic laptops and it seems to be ok as far as I can tell, if only I could get the damned thing to validate I'd be on my way but I'm still waiting for Dickie to sort out the problem with the validation numbers.

128 mb for xp itself. Maybe 4 gb free disk space. It would be slow with that but no need for antivirus etc if you just want to Lexia it up.

No way Jose! XP SP3 requires at least 512Mb if it's not to spend all its time swapping out to the page file. Most software that still runs under XP expects SP3. Most memory is so cheap now that, providing the motherboard will support it, installing 1Gb is well worth while and usually makes a big difference (compared with 512Mb).

If you manage to fix it can you tell us how, I've got the same problem after about five or six installations.
