1.4 16v Megane snapped cambelt - Torque settings, pls?

Ay up!

Our latest project. We've worked out the head and all that but how does the crank pulley go back together? Its in two bits and has no apparent fixing between them, nor any reference point for the timing!

Anyone able to help?

Not sure on the crank pulley, but the crank shaft has to be set using a special pin through the front of the block.

Camshaft locking kit - check. Valves installed - check.

Anyone know the torque setting for the head bolts?
