citroen relay 2.2 2008 4hu engine fault

hi ive got a citroen relay 2008 2.2 hdi 4hu 120psi that will not start the cam and crankshaft are not syncronizing ive put new cam sensor new crank sensor and checked timing all ok as anyone ever had this or can anyone help me out with a wiring diagram for this thanks
