Just wondered if any one has ideas on a problem i have my car ticks over lumpy and just recently going up hill it splutters and takes a while to build up but doesnt cut out and after a short while its ok i been told there is no idle control valve and would have to change throttle body is this correct or could it be a fuel pump? Lastly my dashboard has a mind of its own its says risk of ice when its 18c any ideas guys plz would be apreciated
