..to ALL those who helped me resolve my rear suspension "problem". Today I followed the advice of Alan, Tom, Blueboy2001 and Mark_sp, concentrated on height Correction and jacking up the rear. Today, in a matter of minutes, the rear suspension arose from the dead and made my day. I took the car for a test drive and the rear suspension gave a massive improvement, only highlighting the inadequacy of the front.
So in literally 10 minutes shortly afterwards I'd replaced the front spheres, bled the system and was able to drive away again into blisshood. The suspension is now back to its former glory - a veritable dream [:p]. Over the last week or so, I've had help from all quarters and Tom even rang me up [:)] with advice on removing the rears as stubborn as they were.
So to Tom Sheppard, David Timms, Jon Wood, Alan Smith, Tony Gull, Blueboy2001, Mark_sp, GSF Heathrow and anyone else I have forgotten to mention - Oh and Jim for lending me his spare Suzuki 4x4 and the wife for putting up with all those expletives (Sorry dear). A BIG THANK YOU
A big spherical THANK YOU....
