1.6 d injector sleeve and oil seal

Hi I have just changed my injector washer on my xsara Picasso, problem is when the injector finally came out the sleeve was 'welded' to it-problem. Does anyone know if I can buy a replacement seal and then cut the old sleeve off the injector. Also the top seal and the spacer need replacing. Anyone know where these parts can be found?

Not sure on the sleeve question, if you post a pic , we can help better. The spacers etc are all available from Citroen

If they ar the same as the 2.0 8v HDi then the sleeve is a plastic item, and then yes they are available seperatly..

Just had a look on Service Citroen, and all the seals both lower and upper are all available seperatly no doubt from the dealer...

1982 99 Injector protector
1982 A0 Injector seal - this is the larger upper seal/sleeve...
1981 85 Injector TIP seal...

These are for Picasso HDi 110bhp 1600 non particle filter. The parts are EXACTLEY the same for the DV6TED4 engine too..
