It is in the front of the engine under the air intake hose. It seems to have oil leaking from it.

Not had a good look but deffo oil there from near that part.

It's the EGR throttle butterfly. Its a vaccum operated throttle flap used to assist the EGR system by allowing less 'fresh' air in.
Any oil leaking from it is likely to be residual oil in the air intake system.

EDIT: Just noticed you have a 2.2, The 2.2 also uses similar valves to redirect air so it bypasses the intercooler (to get the engine hotter) during FAP regeneration , I can't quite see from the pic which one it is as it's too close up.

If the other one is right above it then it is the valves for redirecting air to bypass the intercooler for FAP regeneration. Any oil coming from it must be residual in the air intake.

Nothing to worry about then, must be oil getting by the turbo seals. Car runs fine and uses little oil between services, turbo pipes go hard when engine revved up.
