How do you do a Hydractive fluid level check ? the owners manual does not tell you how to do it?
Also what colour fluid should I have in the system, its currently green.
I am asking the question as went to change my drop link last night and the suspension went to high but the pump still kept when the engine was switched off (was parked at an angle on my sloping drive) also noticed a slight fluid leak from the NSR sphere so might be losing fluid slowly.

If you have a C5 then you should have the bright orange LDS fluid in the system, not the green LHM fluid used in Xantia's etc.

Hmmm, very good question. I'd be inclined to get it drained unless i could definitely prove it was the green Comma LDS, i've never seen it on sale only the bright orange Total LDS fluid.
