Car will loose power when you pull off for a split second unless you give extra gas. Car has done 80k and all serviced and the swirl flaps work ok.
It is like you have lifted you foot from the pedal for a second, as soon as you pull off all is ok then after a second power drops.
I have used many fuel treatments and a can of wynns egr cleaner, car does not loose power at any time only when pulling off.

Re: Power loss when pulling off help
Electronic throttle ? , perhaps there's some dirt in the potentiometer track ?
Not sure what else to suggest apart from that and a vacuum leak maybe. Does Lexia show anything ?
