C5 MkIII door panel removal

Can anyone show me how to remove the front door trims on my 2009 C5 Tourer? I've just had a new window mechanism fitted under warranty but they seem to have left something rattling around inside - it's too much inconvenience to take it back for them to sort!

take it back ! its a pain of a job and the clips will most likely break and you need to buy new ones to re-fit. seems a very common fault, the metal cable corrodes and the window can't go up/down anymore
