206 GTi 138 ECU wiring diagram

Hey guys

Posted here as I'm sure my engine/ECU is more popular in the 206 than the C5.
Do any of you have the ECU wiring diagram for the 206 GTi 138 (EW10J4) ECU (Marelli 48P2)?
I need to know which pins are TPS, MAP sensor, crank sensor, live and earth as I'm fitting aftermarket management.

If any of you can help I'd be much obliged

Re read your post. Have some information although its not quite what I expected. Use the following "key" for the diagrams:

1120 knock sensor
1115 cylinder reference sensor
1261 acc pedal position sensor
1312 induction air pressure sensor
1320 ecu
1262 butterfly
1313 engine speed sensor
1350 / 1351 oxy sensor up / down stream
1268 valve timing electro valve


Outline diagram:





Induction air pressure sensor (I'd have to assume that's the map sensor)





Tps sensor





Crank sensor





That's all I have. Attempting to view the actual ECU itself resulted in a "No drawing associated with this vehicle configuration" although hopefully it should help, I assume the Bx and Ax point towards a plug number.

You sure that's not for the 180 mate? I'm thinking it's for the 180 because of the mention of the valve timing electro-valve. The 138 doesn't have variable valve timing.
The pins on the ECU are labelled in lettered and numbered rows and columns so I think the B2/B1 on the crank sensor, G2/C2/H3/G3 on the TPS etc. will correspond to the pins on the ECU. What do you think?

Difficult to be 100% as I had to guess an RP number, There was no engine type apart from 10J4 as such.

Can you not unplug the sensors (and the ECU) and carefully meter them to determine their wiring ? , then again there might be a risk of damage to the BSi

I think you're right about the numbering / ordering although its not actually something I've looked at *that* closely before.

I could but I'd be there forever as there's over 100 pins on the ECU and multiple sensors that I need to connect. If I don't get the correct diagrams I might eventually have to do that.

I posted all I had, sorry it was not that helpful.

I'm not sure if you can get them from Servicebox without a charge though... and there's no 100% guarantee they would be any better than what I posted.
