Insurance while car is SORN?

Post by hirsty »

My Citroen is currently officially on a SORN (Statutory off Road Notice). Does it need to be insured ? I have read several articles regarding this and find them ambiguous. Any definitive answers please.

If it is stored off the public road, then no, it does not need to be insured.
