C5 HDI EXECUTIVE 2006 ELLOYS FLUID FILLING.

I found the pipe at the back of the left back wheel, it seems to have a special socket for poutting in the fluid is this so ?
Is the fluid put in onder pressure or can i just cut off this socket and just use funnell ?
I am just checking the level and topping up i just have the car one year. How do i know its f full??.

I haven't done this (car too old) but there is a filling kit and as far as I am aware you split the feed pipe at a junction near the reservoir and attach the filling kit to that.
Some reservoirs are clear but I believe the more recent ones are black, in which case I think the trick seems to be to keep filling until no more goes in.

In any case, someone who knows what they are talking about will be along sooner or later with precise instructions.

It will need a Lexia session to let the car know the reservoir has been filled.
