In the photo you can see that the black plastic piece in the centre of the front is broken.
I want to remove and replace. Is this a difficult job?

Nor sure, never had one apart....however, on service.citroen it looks like it is just clipped on. Whether you can release the clips without removing the bumber is another matter.... A new part (seems to be part no 7452CJ) is £47 - if you got one, it should become more apparent how it is fixed in.

Thanks Richard, that seems good advice. So over here I expect it will cost €80 - car bits are much more expensive here.
I'll look up translations for 'trim' 'bumper' 'black' and do a bit of pointing down at local scrappy.
