Replacing Keyblade.

Hi I've bought a remote as a spare as the one we had wouldn't learn onto the car and was also tatty with worn buttons that also got stuck. Anyway I digress, I have put the cover, buttons and pcb from the new fob into my old fob as I couldn't remove the keyblade, all is well but It would be nice to know how it can be done. At the end of the blade I found 2 what looked like allen key screws but they seem to be made of plastic do they need drilling out? Any ideas? Thanks Alec.
