I'm not trying to be funny here, your mod is TOO subtle!
Are the inner surrounds inside the glass matte black??
Love the bodywork colour mind: had one this colour once!

Re: Modified the Xantia headlights
yes they are but not due to painting - they're simply removed.
I was replacing the terrible Mk1 headlights for the mk2 type with the clearer pattern on the front and I had dismantled the outgoing lamps to determine whether there were any differences on the inside too i.e reflectors or other. I could find no differences at all so believe the only difference was the outer glass pattern. Anyway, I noted the silver surround inside was separate from the reflectors and thought it might look good with it out.

Aha! It's nice seeing a sinker complete with bonnet chevrons in such smart order!
I have a fellow sister SX car on an L too in green but a 2.0i manual though I'm
not totally sure I'm keeping it though.

No need Rattiva does a very convincing impression of a sinker at the frontChris570 wrote:pop your car round to me and i can make it a sinker no problemCitroJim wrote:As an ex-sinker owner I quite agreeaerodynamica wrote:Keep the sinker! It's the last of the greats!
