Lexia in Birmingham/Leicester Area Please?

Hi I'm.retro fitting cruise control to my 2001 c5 hdi. I'm after someone with a lexia in the leicester Birmingham area that can enable it for me.

Well, as long as said random geezer had a Lexia in his Lexus all would be good...
