Xantia cabin water leak ?
What would be the most likely cause of a soaked drivers footwell carpet ? It is definitely just water and found just now after the car was parked over the weekend during the prolonged rain. Everywhere else is dry. The scuttle water drains are free and as far as I can tell the sunroof drains are free.
Now using '00 Xantia LX HDI, pov spec

I'd take a look at the sealing around the door liner (behind the door card) to ensure it's still bonded to the door.
