406 mpg on our Scottish trip

These pictures were taken in Tesco Inverness car park and represent the mileage from Charmouth to Inverness plus a few diversions. I think you will find that the figures work out about right - but the best is yet to come.. see next post.

Over 1000 miles to a tank! Not bad!

Coming back from Little Horwood near Milton Keynes, I got 57 in the 2.1 considering the 80 litre tank, I reckon that works out around 1000 miles which will be nice if I make sure all my journeys work around the ideal conditions :lol:

That's pretty good Kev, the best I managed on my XMs was about 55 mpg although that was a brim to brim calculation as mine didn't have the luxury of a computer. I wish the C5 was as good as that :(

Good stuff Peter.. so that's about 1233miles to £100 ? ...

i worked out my xant with £100 of wvo in (I pay about 60ppl) would only get me about 1150 .. shocking....

On the way back we averaged 67.3 mpg :shock:
