I have had it confirmed that the MAF part number is correct and I am picking it up today,What I would like to know is, since I ruined the maf that is currently in the car,I am getting the anti pollution fault and the service light on permanently,I expect the new maf to fix this but will the anti pollution fault go off on it's own or will i need to pop into my local garage to clear the fault? I am hoping the new maf will just remove the fault and service light but not sure?? cheers....

I damaged the sensor in the MAF when I tried cleaning it (big mistake, it's very fragile) which, of course brought up the alarm. I bought another and it did clear without a Lexia reset.
