Can anyone explain in layman terms where the above filter is located under the bonnet of a air conditioned 97 yr 1.9TD Xantia. Is it worth replacing at 72,000 miles as per the hand book?. Extent of my skills is replacing the air filter, and I am hoping this one is as simple to do. Ashamed to admit do not have a workshop manual as yet .

The filter is not under the bonnet but in the front passenger footwell.
