Fuel reg vac of some sort
Ive been looking online also in scrap yards but noticed something diffrent on my 306 hdi to others. There a fuel reg vac of some sort. But I dont see them on other 306 hdi?
So I dont know why its there and not just a pipe like others?

I think its a damper to damp any potential "pulses" of fuel returning / feeding just to prevent foaming.
Just a guess, I have seen them before though.
