Spare wheel lock bolt

To save buying one to find out (!) does anyone know off hand what the plastic bolt size (and length) is ? , I seem to think M12 and probably about 10cm length but I've not had one in my hand for ages so not really sure.

I was under the impression they were all the same, although if I remember correctly the 306 has a longer bolt. The plastic bolt that is sometimes fitted in the centre of the boot floor area that goes through the spare wheel to act as a vague theft deterrent.

Mine is awol and I think its best I have one given my area. Have found the wheel centre part in my toolbox so I only need the bolt / nut really as I want to have the spare the other way up (with the valve accessible) but I don't have one here to decide what size I need, I could guess but the correct one would be good.

if you mean the bolt that goes through the boot floor and into the hook that holds the wheel carrier up,

No not those. That's the metal bolt / hook right at the back panel area. It may be easier to Ebay for a suitable bolt / nut. They are only plastic to prevent corrosion as they are not load bearing.
