how do i put pictures & avitars on this site

can any body tell me how to sort out my avitar and put pictures on your web site as i carnt do it for some reason

For your avatar it must be no larger than 120x120 pixels, and the file size can't be bigger than 60KB if you want to upload it, but it can be bigger than 60KB if the image is hosted on another website.
To set your avatar, click on User Control Panel > Profile > Edit Avatar
Either upload the image from your computer, or enter the URL of the image which is hosted elsewhere.
