Hi folks fap level low on dash on my c5 what do i do to get it off?it doesnt show all the time,cheers Gaz

I thought you had a facelifted 2.0 138 HDi C5 now, or do you have a few? :lol:

It is the diesel particulate filter fluid which is low and needs topping up. This is what gets the filter up to the right temperature for the regeneration process of the filter to start and so without it you will have problems.

after numerous goes at re setting my level and a fortune spent in that arsolys oil and a replacement oil tank, with no improvement I finally got hold of the program to re write my ecu so wiped the fappin pest from my system then core drilled a hole through the particulate filter, seems to have added a little more power or in my head it pulls better and fuel consumption seems to have improved too but i guess time will tell,

If you do re write the ecu make an save a copy of the old readings first you never know when you mike want to put it back to standard :^o
