Intermittent airbag warning.

On my C8 I sometimes get a warning that the passenger airbag is fault/dissabled. Seems random as to when it happens.

Any ideas what this could be caused by?

I think my rear washer pipe is split somewhere (havent found where it comes through the bulkhead yet). Could this have anything to do with it if something is getting wet?

Any help appreciated as my wife gets worried as its for carrying the kids around.

The passenger air bag is switchable with the ignition key... Im not sure where it is on the C8.. There could be dust in the switch causing a bad contact.. Try switching it a few times and give it a WD40 to help the contacts and see if that helps to clear it..
