I am getting different figures for this clearance. Can any one clarify which is the correct one to use. The pre 1991 Haynes Manual and the French Manual downloads specify a clearance of 0.2-0.3 mm, while the post 1991 Haynes quotes 0.3-0.4 mm. Two garages dealing mainly with Cits & Pugs quote 0.35-0.45 mm.
Does any one know the correct clearance while the valves are cold?
