406 Estate Bumper Trim/Moulding

Good Afternoon! I am contemplating the replacement of my 406 estate's rear bumper side trim (with chrome inserts) as they have corroded. Can someone advise the best removal and refit method please? Many thanks, John.

I Blame it all on my Dad!! (Sadly had to give up driving & his 2nd BX) but Mum still has a C1.
