I just acquired a cheap v plate 1999 kangoo van, It doesn't have the original fuel cap and the one on it doesn't lock. I bought one from e bay which states that it fits a kangoo from 98 to 05.... Well,this definitely doesn't fit,and I tried it in another kangoo van and it is definitely wrong. What I need to find out from you good people on here is, is the fuel cap fitting different for a kangoo van as opposed to the car version? I wouldn't have thought so which is why I bought it, so I need to find out if I have been sent the wrong cap or I have ordered the wrong part? this cap measures 9.5cm across,where as the one i need is approx 16cm across? so,please can anyone tell me if it's different for a van/car or even petrol/diesel?? thanks,dean
