when you stop and slide the door shut it catches no problem and stays closed until it decides to pop open again ,as anybody have any pointers to look at ,its driving me mad and not very safe when your carrying passengers

i have a 06 dispatch 2.0 hdi ,im having mega problems with the offside sliding door ,the vehicle as central locking and motion controlled locking (taxi) it locks and unlocks no problem but on occasions while driving along the o/s door opens itself when you stop and slide the door shut it catches no problem and stays closed until it decides to pop open again ,as anybody have any pointers to look at ,its driving me mad and not very safe when your carrying passengers
