Lowering ZX in the North East?

Post by Crossman »

Having just had a new beam put on my ZX by SSP Engineering the rear wheel no longer rubs against the inner arch and handles like a new car again!
Only problem is that the ride height is wrong. I can get my hand ontop of the rear wheel and it has a 'hunched' appearence making the car look odd.
As I have previously mentioned although my mechanical skills are passable, I'm not game for playing with the back suspension so I am looking for a company or someone who has lowered 306\ZX in the North East to do it for me.
Thanks for any help in advance...

Can vouch that they are a good company, the only problem is that they got the ride height wrong, consequently you can get a foot between the wheel + arch (vertically) but for the price they did a good job other than that...

I dont mean to be rude but how much did they charge you for the beam plus fitting it.

I think they fitted a 306 beam which is why it rides high. Thats a bloody good deal you got as well as a two year warranty. I was expecting to pay double that when the time comes for my beam to be replaced.
