differences between S1 and S2 seats??

afternoon guys,
picked up a significantly better condition S2 SX drivers seat with arm rest for the car during the week, went to chuck it in on friday morning and noticed a plethora of additional wires under the seat compared to the seat that was in there,
what i assume is the original seat had obviously at some point had the air bag light issue as the clip had been removed and soldered and heat shrunk properly, did add 10 mins to the swapping time! but thats it, no other connections under the seat, the replacement had the Side bag and pre tensioner Plus an aditional Earth wire, but guessing due to the addition of the side bag, Lumbar support was ommited,
did any of the S2 side bagged seats have lumbar?? did notice that the seat has a desidedly more sculpted deeper feel to it mind, but the lumbar was quite handy!!!
