I think you can not determine the service history like that for 100% sure
but chassis number tells a lot of technical information about the car.

I sent your C5 5 ESTATE 2.0 HDi 138 details to you, Check PM 8-)

i've been meaning to ask what is the life of an 2.0hdi engine with an automated gear box like this. the car i've seen has 71.000mils on board. is it much for an automated gear box or not. i have chances to have problems with this or not in the near futrure (let's say until 125000miles)......

Depending upon the age of the car (the later the car the more info is stored) Lexia can access the number of times/mileages the car has been plugged into a Lexia and determine what work has been done with a Lexia.

you can get the full service history printout from a citroen dealer but only for work carried out by a dealer,
i dont know if and how much they will charge you though

thank you

the car has just exit from warranty this month (assuming citroen gives 2year warranty or 62000miles warranty period) but being from romania the local dealer cannot give me any dates about the car. i thought maybe calling the france dealer on which was first registered(also the one who sold the car) can give me some help.

regarding lexia i don't know what that is.... can it be helpful for my situation?

also i have another question. when i stop in traffic at a stoplight if i don't put the gear box in N and i leave it in D and keep the brake pushed it feel like the engine is trying to leave and i have a very fine tremor. like in the beginning of releasing the clutch when in speed with the brake pedal pushed on a manual gearbox. is it normal for an automaded gear box or not and it's a sign of problem....

I think thats pretty normal for an auto, from my (limited) experience if you were to take your foot off of the brake the car would gradually creep forward.
If I am sitting at lights for any period of time I just put it into neutral.
