I happened across a DS Estate at work today, and was intrigued to see that it had 2 rear number plates.Obviously the horizontal one must move through 90* to be read, but what's the purpose?
I'm sure someone here can enlighten me.
Thanks
Paul

Re: DS Estate
The second rear plate is so that the number is still visible when the bottom hatch is open and the car is being driven much like the Mini had the rear plate hinged for the same purpose.
