Oh boy; suppose I'd better go through the whole family.
'81 CX 2400 5 speed approx 650,000 klms (written off in a backender)
'76 CX 2200 4speed about 500,000 klms above car's bits to go into it.
'77 CX 2200 4speed manual in the middle of major restoration. Miles??
'79 CX 2400 C-matic approx 320,000 klms
'88 BX 16Valve series one 120,000 miles (private import)
'90 BX 16 valve series two ..120,000 klms
'93 BX Tzi 5 speed manual 102,000 klms
plus a couple of ricecookers too insignificant to rate a mention.

54,000K Xantia 1.8i 16V a/c, 1997. My wife and I take the train to work and it only gets used some evenings and weekends!
I had Xantia 1.9 TD, 1994 with 55K on the clock and I had a bad crash 2 years ago. It was in perfect condition. The insurance company wrote it off and gave me £2900 (£2500 before I complained). There is no justice in this world.

As per sig, the C5 now has 11300 miles on it.
The Xantia is showing 200009 now, but I found out the other day the speedo was replaced under warranty when it had 18000 on the clock, so its covered 218k. Still runs fine and doesn't use any oil and the interior is mint.

I live in a somewhat remote area and a trip to "the big smoke" consists of from 700 - 1000 klms which on occasions in the past has happened twice in one week; getting too old for those capers now!!
2 of my CXs have been owned originally by commercial travellers hence the mileage on them & I have one son who thinks nothing of taking off after tea & driving 550 klms to spend the weekend at one of his mates places.
My overall mileage these days has come back to the field although as I mentioned on another thread recently, every time I get into the car, it's a fair sized trip (ie) shops about minimum of 10 klms and school 20.

I'm just a recent convert to Cit ownership - but I'm rabid now!! [:D][:D]
I was lucky enough to pick up a genuine, one owner, old-gentleman-giving-up-driving 1986 (lego) BX 1.9 GT with 100,000 kms on the clock - and all matching the service history. She is just soooo beautiful-[:p][:p][:p]
Mind you, from what I can see the quality of French main dealer servicing has been utter garbage for the last 5 years or so - but then, I understand from you lot that this is fairly standard.....!! [:D]
