Hi Guys,
I'm about to replace 2 hydraulic pipes that are coming out of the ABS block on an S2 Xantia and on another S2 Xantia I'm about to replace the entire ABS block.
Does this block need to be bled to remove any air in any specific way or is bleeding the brakes enough to suffice?
Thanks
David.

Re: Xantia ABS Block Bleeding
Just normal bleeding is absolutely fine David, the Xantia ABS system works in a totally different way to the pumped systems found on conventional cars.
the Xantia block simply contains three electrovalves to modulate the LHM flow to the calipers. They're wide-open under normal circumstances and thus fully bleedable by the normal method.
