looks good..
yep dual clamps a pain really.. almost need 3 to get the spring to compress and remain straight..

can you not get your spring compresor/s on in situe to squash the spring a bit, i know its usualy quite tight for space,
that tool Adam shows is a good idea but not cheap,
the other thought does this car have the swivle joint that is bolted to the lower arm with three nuts and bolts,
if so you can remove it from the arm, fit it to the hub then engadge it back into the arm,

hi Malcolm, sorry just to reiterate , thsi is sorted now i was just panicing on saturday eve, as it was cold and I was getting frustrated..
a clear head in the morning sorted it all out quickly..
nah, the lower arm on this is a one piece item, the outer swivel is aprt of the arm..
