Xantia valuation

Unread post by scratcher »

We buy any car are now touting for cars as ,I presume, they think people are in need of money after Christmas. They offered me £105 for my Xantia VSX 1996 with 6months mot and 151000 miles on the clock in good 'nick'.Less than the scrap valueif I drove it to the scrap yard!

A company that guarantees to buy any car is always going to quote the scrap value. One of my motor trade mates did get a good deal off them for a car he wanted to dispose of, they sent a guy to view it and he upped the original offer by 100%.
