RFV engine

Post by atr »

Hi
I want to replace the engine of my 2001 Xantia - RFV engine. I was offered a RFV engine from a Peg 406. is it the same engine? would it fit?
Thanx.
Btw. does anyone has technical stuff/manual of the engine, since I intend to rebuild the engine.

It should do. They're the same basic engine. Some ancillaries may be a little different but fundamentally, the engine should be OK...

To be honest, the Haynes BoL usually tells you all you need to know about engine rebuilds in fairly good detail.
