c3 servicing

anybody know if the oil filter from a 1.1 2005 206 will fit a 2004 1.4 c3 desire looks like its the same engine just wanna know if left over spare parts are worth keeping i know there are some similarities between the two

Realistically, if the "face" of the oil filter fits it will probably be OK. What part number are the filters?

Very few cars seem to die from oil problems (other than a lack of the stuff) - usually they rust away, become uneconomical repairs for other reasons, or are crashed...
