Hi
I remember my BX TGD sagging down at the rear after being stopped a few hours and I notice that the Xantia TD Series 2 sinks at the back a few hours after stopping but that the front stays up. I have also noticed that sometimes the rear is slow in rising up on start up (the car sat unused for several months so I sprayed the rear height corrector linkages with release oil)
I sat firmly on the rear boot lip and bounced it down and she rose up - I take it that this is related to a sticky corrector?
With the BXs I always assumed a saggy butt was due to the Dozeur valve but it never bothered me.
I miss the "hydraulic lift on start up" with the Xantia's!
Cheers
Alan

Re: Xantia Sinkin/Sticky Rear End!!
Hi Alan
The sinking is probably due to general hydraulic system wear, probably in the height corrector, if it stays up while you are driving I wouldn't worry about it. Give it another couple of sprays with oil and it will probably loosen up.
