So is every one on here and not on the CCC site? My Cx25 Gti Auto is sat on my driveway and not moving
. Insert key and turn. You can hear fuel pump energise
but nothing from starter motor
.Have disconnected power lead [red to yellow ] and connected red direct to + terminal with no effect....... sometimes. Other times this will turn the starter over and the car will start and then continue to start on the key until the next time. Is this a bad section of armature in the starter or is the starter operated by a relay which is sometimes not operating. Any one any clues please?? Ta. Peter
