CX Prices on the rise? £1500 for a non runner! Admittedly lovely miles but no MOT or anything.

It is very nice, I like the early Safaris. Thats a good colour combo too, I can see why its fetching the money. Nice to see it too, Citroens going up in price.

That dash is simply awful it looks as if it was designed by Fisher Price, how can anyone bear to look at something so badly made every time you drive it is beyond me. I wouldn't give it space on my drive CX estates are at best ugly, that one looks like a blue hearse.

Hmm, you must in a rather small minority thinking a CX estate looks better than a BMW Convertible, I wouldn't park a CX estate in the road let alone on our drive, the embarrassment of getting out of a hearse is beyond anything I'd be prepared to do I can hear the abuse I'd get from friends and neighbours already.

Each to their own but the only time I'll get in a hearse will be when I'm wearing a wooden overcoat on my final drive.

Its not as bad as on series 2 CXs! They rattle even more.

I'm not that keen on CX estates either, I much prefer a normal saloon or Prestige.

Likewise I think the DS Safari looks like a shed, interestingly I wonder whether Citroen UK agrees with those opinions as when they were advertising Xantia estates the main emphasis was on how stylish it was and the following C5's are more attractive in estate form.
