Citroen C5 break noise

Hi everyone i have own Citroen C5 break 2003 model 2.0i petrol i have question that when i use a car and pressing break it have a very sharp noise occur (i think from rear break ) what should i check with break system if i leave it from long time anything would happen to my car..

(it happen when use break in early morning but after drive from some 10 min and press break that noise gone or stop car for 1 - 2 hrs) and that noise come aging when press break..

Does it sound like metal rubbing against metal?

Possibly your rear calipers are corroded, forcing the pads to wear at an angle.
