Hi , can anyone help as Im fed up.I bought a lexia 3 and kind of nearly got it connected via a wire to my desk top which was not good in the long term so bought a lap top with XP as instructed by the seller.
Whe I install the back up disc first as instructed it keeps saying that it cant open the Lexia office suite as the head is not connected (which it is) or the interface is being used by another application which it isnt (to my knowledge|)
Does anyone have a clue about this - yes Ive done the blank text called version thing.

Something I have learnt quickly about my recently purchased Lexia is that it really likes to try your patience!

Mines likes to install the USB lead every time I use it and that gets it working fine. There maybe drivers on the disc which I have not found yet.

As for it saying its already running, I have had this and a restart of the computer cleared it. However if you rush the start up of Lexia and then press again it will say the same thing.
