XM Aircon condensation drainage

I have recently had my aircon fixed (by Graham Parker- euro aircon-excellent)but the drain for the cold heat exchanger is obviously blocked and large amounts of h2o pour onto the passengers feet. does anyone have axperience of cleaning this drain out,where is it etc??
