30 amp fuse blowing

Ok guys, I've got an 02 laguna 1.9 dci, the bloody thing keeps popping 30 amp fuses, now it won't even start, just blows the fuse as soon as ignition card goes into the slot, the fuse cover isn't marked up but its the right hand of two 30 amps side by side
